Hi! I am a Canadian farmer living in Ontario. I have been involved with horses, beef and dairy cattle all my life. I recently sold my cow herd due to depressed markets here. I have 2 Percheron mares which I both work and breed to a thoroughbred stallion. One of the mares just foaled last Fri am July 9. I enjoy driving and riding horses, especially jumping. I am currently working part time as an AI technician breeding cows, which I enjoy. I am waiting for the wet weather we have been having to clear off so I can get on with haying. I do up 100 acres of horse hay every year which I sell to stables around east/central Ontario. I have many other interests:literature, music, travel etc. I am also returning to university via correspondence this Sept to obtain my B.A.
