The USA Equestrian Executive Committee approved rule changes to the 2003 USA Equestrian Rule Book on April 22. A list of these rules is located at http://www.equestrian.org/rulechange/index.asp on the Federation’s web site. The Rule Book sections are updated as rules become effective and those approved since the printing of the 2003 Rule Book are indicated by colored text. Copies of all rule changes are available upon request by contacting Marie Murphy at (859) 225-6922 or via email at mmurphy@equestrian.org.
