Anyone ever have their ferrier use 'hospital shoes' on a foundered horse. Mine is coming out in a couple days to put them on to see if it will help heal the lamina and grow some new sole by keeping the inside packed with some sort of peat moss or something and being able to change it regularly is supposed to be of some benefit..... anybody use this before?
